With 40 years of experience, Michael Silhol has been guiding healthcare providers through an increasingly complex regulatory environment, allowing them to achieve their financial, operational and strategic goals.
Michael is Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been elected a Fellow of the American Health Law Association. He was General Counsel at Radiologix, Inc., a publicly-traded national provider of diagnostic imaging services, and Parkland Health and Hospital System, one of the nation’s largest and most well-known public hospitals. Michael also was the Vice President of Legal Operations for Triad Hospitals, Inc. and Operations Counsel for HCA, Inc. Previous to that, he was a health law attorney in a leading Nashville law firm.
Michael is licensed in Texas and New Mexico and serves on the Board of Directors of the New Mexico Health Law Section.
Michael has been named a Texas Super Lawyer since 2014, in addition to being named one of D Magazine’s Best Lawyers since 2016, and America’s Best Lawyers for his exception work in Health Care Law. Michael was also named best corporate counsel by the Dallas Business Journal in 2009. Silhol Law is also ranked by Chambers for its work in healthcare in its Texas Spotlight Guide.
