Erika Ballard has been with Silhol Law since 2015, overseeing all the administrative functions in the office as Office Administrator. She handles financial matters such as client billing, accounts payable, payroll and banking.
Prior to joining Silhol Law, Erika served as a Credit Processor with Tricolor Group, LLC, one of the largest car dealers in Texas, primarily serving the growing Hispanic population. At Tricolor, Erika worked directly with underwriters to document all financial transactions, in addition to working with clients to explain their financial responsibilities.
Erika earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Erika obtained her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
